Hey Dmaxdriver -

So, I totally missed this second post for your Voyager boat. I'm so sorry!! After sharing this picture with Carver, the cover manufacturer, we've concluded that if you have 12" or more of open deck at the front of your rails, we would recommend the partially enclosed deck style pontoon and choose the next largest size of your deck length. If you do not have any portion of your deck that is open, the fully enclosed pontoon would fit the best.

Typically, our covers do not accommodate for a ski tow in front of the motor, but since yours does not look to be taller than the furniture or Bimini top, going up 1 size in length should work just fine. For example, you mentioned the length of your boat is 25', so we would recommend the 26'6" cover for the best fit. The pontoon covers are designed to snug below the deck of the boat about 3-6" all the way around.

Here are a couple of images submitted to Carver by previous customers:

Let me know if you think one of these covers would work well for your needs and I would be happy to help you complete an order with your THT discount!

Thanks

The Voyager only has about 6" of deck sticking out in front of the front rails, so I ordered the full railing version a few minutes ago in the 26'6" (add 1ft for the ski pylon) version you suggested. The ski pylon does not stick out above the rear sun pad.

I already have a full set of six support poles so I did not add any to the order. But I noticed that the description of the cover says there is only 4 sewn in reinforcements. Any chance they could expand that to 6 in total like my old cover had?

Thanks,

Harry

Hey Harry -

Thanks for your order! You are correct, the cover will have 4 sewn in areas, but if you need 2 additional patches, I could definitely send them to you with the cover. Unfortunately, the manufacturer will not sew more patches into the cover but the separate patches are self-adhesive. Send me a quick email with your order number, or the name on your order, so I can get the snap patches added. Have a great day!

Thanks
Shannon
