Default Bimini top

I have a 2007 lowe fish and ski 175. I live in arizona and it easily and often gets over 100-110 degrees on the water. Obviously we fish at night when we fish- but when boating- we need to get out of the sun.

I dont want a standard 6' bimini that covers those people driving or sitting next to the driver, but one that covers the passengers that might be in the main part of the boat and covers the walk thru windshield and maybe even a small part of the bow seating.

Would an 8' work? I dont want a ridiculous looking thing- but just want some shade. Thanks

Thanks for your post and interest in our USA Made Carver Bimini tops! For your area and the best protection, I would highly recommend the Sunbrella material. It is the best fabric in the marine industry and gives you the most Sun/UV protection with the longest warranty. For this particular boat, Carver has suggested a top that is 46" tall from the mounting point, 6' long from front to back, and would mount 85-90" wide. Here is a link to this size where you can view all available materials: https://www.boatcoversdirect.com/pro..._SKI_175_8784/.

If you prefer a top that is 8' long: we do offer a 48" height, 8' length and the same 85-90" mounting width: https://www.boatcoversdirect.com/pro.../widths/85-90/. Does that 85-90" mounting width seem to be a good location for your needs?

I don't think you'll have any problem installing an 8' top on your boat. Here are a couple of submitted pictures from other customers who have installed this similar size on their fishing boat:

Let me know if you have any other questions or would like to place an order once you've chosen a size. I'd be happy to help you complete your purchase and apply the THT discount!

Thanks

this website is RIDICULOUS. I wanted to send picture of my boat- but I had to wait 30 seconds. AND NOW I need 10 posts before I can insert url. Ridiculous. I can get 10 posts EASY if thats what they want.

I learned as a manager of engineers--never ask for a number, they will give you the number- the job might not get done, but you will meet your numbers. So- if I need 10 posts- I will get 10 posts.
