Thanks for your interest in our Boat Covers! I'm happy to help you choose the best cover for your boat, with just a little more information. Do you happen to know the height of your T-Top from the floor, along with the width and length? Carver has requested this information to be sure the cover we suggest would fit your boat nicely!

Let me know what you come up with and I'm happy to help you complete this order, including your 10% THT discount.

Thanks

LOA: 22' 7"
Beam: 8' 2"

The boat is not in my possession yet its still being completed. I will have to look into trying to get the height of the T-Top.

Can you give me a ball park estimate with the information I have provided?

Thanks

That's quite alright. With the provided information, I would say the cover would range from $583.93-$663.56 depending on material, which includes your THT discount. Let me know when you have a chance to check those dimensions so we can complete your order!

Thanks

What material options do you have?

Is the cover custom made?

Great! We offer 2 marine-grade polyester materials to choose from: the 8 oz. Performance Poly-Guard and the 7 oz. Sun-DURA.

The Poly-Guard material is best for breathability and carries a 5 year warranty. We've offered this material for many years and it's received excellent feedback for strength and durability.

The SunDURA material is a bit newer and has a light acrylic coating on the underside. This cover offers a 7 year warranty and is rated best for water-repellency.

The Carver cover is a styled-to-fit application, not custom. While the cover is made for your size and style of boat, this particular cover would also fit other boats of the same size and style. It's designed to go up and over the T-Top entirely and cover the outboard motor as well. The cover is equipped with dual zippered access, allowing entry to the boat when covered. Here is an image showing how this style of cover may fit:

Unfortunately, we don't have a custom cover listed for this boat but we've had great success with this cover. If you choose a material/color that needs to be made, it would take about 5-7 business days to make, then ship from SC.

Thanks

Can you give me a price for both the Poly-Guard and The SunDURA? Do you offer Sunbrella?

Are you able to send me a small sample of the different materials?

Your price for this cover in the Poly-Guard material would be $583.93, and $663.56 for the Sun-DURA material with your THT discount. We actually do not offer this style of cover in Sunbrella.

I would be happy to send you a few samples. Please send me your mailing address and materials/colors you would like to see so we can get these sent out asap!

Thanks

Can you provide me with your return policy? In case I dont like how it fits and need to return the cover. Could you also give me an approx amount the return shipping would cost me if I had to return it?

I was also wondering if you have any videos that you could send me that shows the process of putting on the type of cover I would be getting?

Thanks!

Sure! The return policy is pretty simple. We just ask that you keep the cover clean and unused while in your care, and that you are responsible for the cost of shipping the cover back, unless it's received with a manufacturer's defect. I'm not certain where you're located, or how much a local shipping company would charge you to return the cover, but we could provide you with a label at our cost, if needed.

Unfortunately, I don't have any videos to share showing the installation of this type of cover. However, many THT members have purchased this style and may be able to explain their techniques.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

Thanks

My plan is to order this cover and give it a shot before I spend money on a custom cover. Hopefully I like the fit and its not too difficult to put on. However, I would just like to clarify what you said about the return policy. "Unused" I would obviously have to use it to see how it fits my boat. I called your company the other day and spoke to someone who said I had 30 days to return the cover and it was acceptable to use it. I would just have to make sure it wasn't damaged or dirty if I returned it before 30 days. Could you please clarify?

Also does the cover come with straps to tie it to trailer or support beams?

Thank You

Hey, thanks for getting back with me!

Unused means you cannot leave it on your boat for any extended period of time and then return it. You would simply try the cover on and if you're not happy with it, contact us for the return.

Yes, the cover will come with (12) tie down straps, a storage bag, rope ratchet, 1 yard of self-adhesive reinforcement material and 2 support poles to sit within your rod holders. Let me know if you have other questions!

Thanks
Shannon

Hey b1gdog83 -

We won't have any online sales, but our THT members can receive a 15% discount instead of the standard 10%, from now through Monday!

Thanks
Shannon
