Hello fsrtwo,
Thank you for your interest in our boat covers. Our pontoon covers are made with a shock cord sewn into the hem which is made to snug beneath your decks. This cover will have tie down loops sewn every 2-3' in the hem of the cover. You can use given tie down kit to strap down to the trailer or you could purchase mooring sandbags to use in a mooring situation. I will link those down below as well as the cover. Please keep in mind this cover is meant for storage only, not for trailering down the highway.
