On the new short house model, can someone explain how the hauler on the side of the house works? No davit arm?

Not exactly sure. Owner is a commercial fisherman off of Long Island NY who fishes for tog, sea bass, etc.

Judge 27 Chesapeake is the big water boat that can still take you through the back waters with its shallow draft. If you are looking for a boat that limits you less and expands your horizons, contact us at 410-479-9770 (video of Pete Dahlberg)

Man these used 27s rarely come up for sale! I've heard from several people that Bill Judge is an absolute CLASS ACT! I hope to find out one day. That 24 with a tower is going to be bad to the bone. Careful IFishMD, that may be the new Flagship of the Chesapeake hull!

really depends on things like what you have installed on the top. For the boat itself I factor less than 10' (probably right about 9')

Probably been asked on here, just don't feel like going through all the threads- can this boat be equipped with twin outboards? I know the XL model can be (and it's a bass ass looking boat) just wondering if the "regular mode"l is capable of having a bracket and twins outboards. Thanks in advance.

Really intrigued by the Judge 27 Chesapeake. Curious about towing weight. Do you know what the total towing weight is (including trailer, without fuel or gear, but otherwise ready to splash)? For the 27 and for the 27 XL? Would love it if it's within the capability of my Suburban 1500. Thanks

Figure around 8000lbs including the trailer with my fishing gear as a guide. I tow 100x a year with a Toyota Tundra.
