I don't think you would want to cook food directly over a gasoline fire because of the chemicals and additives in fuel and I wouldn't feel safe using it on a boat.

That being said there are many companies that still make dual fuel stoves that will burn unleaded gasoline, white gas, kerosene, or diesel fuel:

You can't hook them to a fuel tank as they need to be pumped up to pressurize them and I know you asked about a grill but I don't know if you are grilling or putting a pan on the grill.

Again, just passing along information. I would definitely not use one on the boat.
