My buildings were the original "Lowes" building supply in North Carolina, and clear span was not in the vernacular for Eastern Carolina at that time. I was told that the roof trusses were built in place on top of the walls by guys working from ladders and scaffolds as was the custom before the advent of mobile cranes. The brick and block was made on site, and we use the two 90' kilns for storage. That said decent photos are hard to take at the moment but tomorrow we expect to place the boat on a cradle to roll it around as needed. Photos really will be forthcoming.
