I've had numerous customer service problems with Sirius/XM over the years, but I always get a good deal on my subscription. I have to call once a year and renew. If things start going south and it doesn't look like I'm going to get a deal, I hang up and try again. It's a PIA but works out in the end. Been doing it over 10 years for 2 cars.
