Default Conventional Setup Recommendations

Hey, guys. I could use some advice. I currently use all spinning gear, but after flounder fishing today, and needing a 10oz sinker to hold bottom, I decided I need to have a med weight conventional setup. Something for 20-30lb braid. Up here it would be used for flounder, sea bass, tog etc...

To give you an idea of my current preferences, most all of my rods are St. Croix Avids with the applicable Penn Spinfisher V's setups.

Looking to spend $400-550 between rod and reel. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Also, I prefer the level wind to non level wind.
