just tell her to call her insurance (they will not contact your insurance company for that) and tell her that you are the operator and truthfully do not remember any incident.

But I would also take the advise for the post above. It might be worth just taking the 35 dollar hit if it is going to affect business. Thats what she is banking on. I bet her story is BS but she wants it fixed and knows that you will probably cave for PR reasons.
