Why do you need tech support?
Apply 12 volts to the pump to test it. If it doesn't run, send it in for repair. You don't need an RMA number, warranty repair instruction is available on their web site.
You can also test voltage output on the course computer. If you have no voltage when setting a course port or starboard, then the course computer is bad and needs repairs.
