I have had it for a couple of months. Have made 3 trips with it. I will not fish offshore without it again.

Friday I was able to see a huge, nasty storm system moving from inland southward to my home port. This from 35 miles out. I was able to take action and make it to dock just before the rain started. Had it caught me offshore it could have been a brutal ride home.

Saturday I was able to monitor a huge nasty system that kept me from heading out until I got a feel for the direction it was heading. I would have called the trip or waited for hours had I not had xm weather,

It allowed me to fish the last 3 days offshore all with scattered showers and we never got rained on.

I have a garmin 545 with the $30 per month package.
