I doubt if they are charging you a higher premium unless the guy's MVR has some dings on it. I don't work for State Farm but I imagine somehow they cross referenced the policies and added him by mistake. No biggy. Just get them to take him off your personal policy. If he is only listed as a driver and not a named insured there isn't any increased exposure by him being on the personal policy.
