Rick, it would be even a little less here and $333K would get you a lot of house. I think the key is rural with no city taxes. Some of the Incorporated towns nearby have a higher tax rate than the county and the FRM is much higher, so they pay county and city taxes on a higher value for the same house. You really pay for location.
