Always wished I had a picture of these two times. First was many years ago on my little Carlson Contender. It was a 14' with a 3/4 tunnel (tunnel in the front, flat bottom at the transom) with a 150 Merc rode on air mostly. Hit bar or flat with 3" of water, ended up about 250' up onto it before it stopped totally mud covered (the boat and I).
Fuuniest pict would have been one morning right at sun-up taking the turn into Corson Inlet from Ocean City side, I cut the corner, hard onto the beach. Passed it on the road to work later that morning, there were about a dozen pickup trucks and surf fisherman between it and the water
I got a couple calls that day "Mike, have you checked on your boat? you wouldn't believe where I just saw it"
