If you have room and don't mind the weight, you can use two batteries in parallel tor a house battery. Use the largest capacity (in amp hours) that you can reasonably install. I have a four battery house bank, Sears AGMs but I suspect I use my boat differently from how you use yours.

Adding up the current draw of everything is a start, but you won't be using everything at the same time and the current draw of the sound system varies with the volume and type of music so it's just a ballpark figure.

Be sure to use proper overcurrent protection and wire everything to ABYC standards.
