the 130 and the 115HO are the exact same engines... i've had my 115ho on my 17'er for 1 season and love it.. winterizing was a joke! i just watched the youtube video on my phone at the ramp when pulling out of the water for the season .. although in your situation i think i would go for the twin 150's .. the cost isn't that significant right now because of the incentives evinrude has... the 130 and the 150 are 2 completely different engines tho.. the 150 is a v6, where the 130/115ho is a 4cyl.. both should be about the same in fuel/oil usage .. but i agree with what ironworker said and go with the maxhp which is probably 300 .. so 2-150's .. you wont regret having the additional hp for the cost difference ..
