Default RE: Murrells Inlet SC and area

I haven't been to Murrells yet this year, and am not sure what's biting at the moment. Ditto the comment about Charlestonfishing.com - good Georgetown forum, which should mostly apply to Murrells. General comments: the boat ramp by Cpn. Dicks is real nice and real easy to get out of. Parking is tricky - not directly across the street but BEHIND the lot that is directly across the street. Also, several reefs and live bottom areas are real close by, and the inlet is pretty easy to get in and out of. As always, have a chart and watch the jetties, though. Check a Mapsunique if you have one for the live bottoms and reefs. Hard to go wrong with fiddlers on a reef this time of year I hear. Good luck.
