Default Traveling to San Francisco Bay Area?

Just a quick heads-up.

The Oakland-San Francisco Bay Bridge (80) will be closed for earthquake retro-fitting starting tomorrow night thru the holiday w/e and (hopefully) will be re-opening Tuesday morning in time for the commute.

What earthquake you might ask???

The 1989 earthquake!

Yep, they are still dicking around with that thing...

Sure, the immediate repairs took almost a year, but the actual retro-fitting has still been under way all this time. Twenty years!!!

What a joke!!!

I also posted this in the West Coast forum, but figured that most THT members view this forum and besides, if you aren't from the West Coast but are traveling to the Bay Area, you might not read the other forum.
