Best thing to do is start solicitating quotes. Have a FIRM idea of what it is you want done and have it specd out beforhand. A project like this can run away from you quicky if you don't have a plan.

Figure $60-$120 per hour plus cost of materials. If you are just doing primary wire and cleaning up the terminations, figure 20-60 hours of work. Add more if you re redoing engines and electronics. Custom switch panel? $$$$$. Again, this is contingent on your plan.

I spent a winter doing mine and probably put in 80 hours. It was a total strip and rewire, but I was happy with the results.
