Default Trouble doing business with you

Dear Tackle Direct.
I want to purchase a certain Penn Ally rod and your web site shows it in stock.
Your web site also shows that I can pay with paypal but when I click the paypal logo nothing happens.
Your web site has a live chat. When I try to chat to ask about this a chat dialog opens up, shows that I am #1 in que. yet there is no response to the question I enter for over 10 minutes.
There is no phone # to call you on.
You show the item in stock. I want to buy it using paypal, The dysfunction of your web site and business prevents me from doing so.
