This sounds more like a disappointment than a "Failure," and I'm certain the OP will not receive satisfaction from the company that installed the wrap. It sounds like assumptions were made by the OP, and the project was not discussed completely with the installer. I'm pretty sure it's common for large wraps to be installed in shorter sections, that's how I've seen it done on road vehicles.

E-mail is not the proper avenue for addressing this either. It should have been done at the time that payment was made, post inspection of the job.
