I have fished hard for a couple hundred hours on my sea deck since install earlier this year. After getting bait it takes a little brushing to clean it up to my standards(con) but it cleans pretty easily. I haven't found anything that stains it where a little soft scrub and a stiff brush won't remove it easily without a lot of labor(pro). My old beat up back loves it compared to the hard non skid after standing on it all day. My boat is stored in the shade all the time unless I am fishing, and if yours will be out in the weather the life of the product will likely be lessened.
