Gotcha, I'm pretty much set on getting the extensions. Just gotta get the cash together for it, and fingers crossed I have the same experience you did and it fixes the problem. Also, I took the boat out Sunday and ran it in the river. At 4500 rpms I was only getting about 35-38 mph (gps). According to the slip calculator that's about 31% slip which I know is too high. Do you think thats related to the shaft length as well? Or do I have a prop issue to worry about too?
