I don't think anyone is surprised by lack of stock and supply chain issues. I am surprised by all of the reports of poor CS coming from them because my experience in the past has been great. It seems there has been a major lack of communication from them though and misleading inventory information on their website. I order something from them at the beginning of summer, didn't get an "out of stock we don't know when we'll get it" email until after the order was received. Then I had to cancel. We've been dealing with this for over 6 months. The teething period is over, everyone knows the COVID drill and it's not much of an excuse anymore.
