Routeed Crabs

Using live crabs, pull off the top shell. Remove the lungs, eyes and mouth. Sauté some yellow onions and garlic in butter until translucent. Add the cleaned crabs with some Tony Chacherie’s. Cook on medium fire for about 15 - 20 minutes. Add the sauce from the crab and onions over rice. Peel and eat the crabs. It is best to use crabs that have the yellow fat and eggs to give it the best flavor.

Crab dip
One stick of butter
8 ounces cream cheese
A pack of green onions, chopped
Tony Chachere‘s
Crab meat

in a medium-size pot or a crockpot melt the butter and cream cheese. Once melted add the green onions and Tony Chachere‘s and mix well. Fold in the crab meat. Serve with crackers.
