while alive - break claws off - set aside
use knife, go under belly and pry shell off
use vegetable brush and a little water (if needed) to brush out any remaining guts out of body
Use nut cracker to create a few cracks in claws

in pot- olive oil, fresh garlic, crushed red pepper- heat until garlic is brown

place crabs in pot (meat side down) , pour in beer- steam bodies(you can add Old Bay while they steam, if you like to)

remove bodies/ add claws and steam(might need more beer)

open several beers, get some people at table and eat!-
