i actually find them on the bottom of the leafs...im seeing right now they just eating leaves..i just want to get em under control befor they eat the tomatoes......i think they have gotten 1 or 2 tomatoes.....and i did throw them away...
Since you can see them then do what I've done in the past. Get your trusty pair of pliers out and pop their little horned heads. Yup...and leave their guts on the plants. I don't use chemicals in my garden...it's my only chance to have veggies without chemicals all over and through them.

Oh...and if they have a bunch of white eggs all over their bodies then leave those worms alone. Those are small wasp eggs (can't remember the name) which are feeding on the worm killing it slowly. You want those small wasps because they eat tomato worms. And when the eggs are on the worms the worms stop eating. Ain't nature great?
