The IP or instant pot is an electric pressure cooker. A stove top type of pressure cooker will work also if you are familiar with its operation.
I think he's just shocked that you cook anything in the pressure for 2 hours.
I would think there'd be nothing left. Are you on the low,med,or high pressure setting?
