Default 17” Blackstone issue maybe

It seems my 17 griddle is actually convex I guess. Meaning when I add oil or butter or whatever, it all runs to the side. Leaving the middle where I cook basically dry. Is this normal. Did some mackerel the other day and it just didn’t seem right. Am I the only one? Chris
