It's not just low income areas. Gas stations are just magnets for all manner of degenerates. Good friend of mine lives in the West Paces area of Atlanta. Nice upscale area, no apartments, no Section 8, no business to speak of and not a single house within two miles of him that cost less than $500K but there is always some homeless types or riff raff hanging out at his neighborhood gas station.
