The problem with Cape coral is the City Managers. They have all sorts of quirky ideas that drive investors out. And the fact that there are still tons of houses with Chinese drywall that have never been redone so they rent for 800 a month and bring the type of people that pack 10 people into the 800 a month house. Drive to the 4 different corners of the cape and you would be shocked its all the same city.
