Great start OP. I am working on the same, down about 8 lbs so far. It’s like throwing a deck chair off the Titanic but its a start.

I feel much better, even after just a week or so. I get on the Peloton everyday and just try to get 20 minutes in each day but the battle is definitely in choosing to eat better through the day. For me its less sugar, less or no carbs and some moderation in the booze. I am eating mostly proteins and greens. And I am drinking a ton of water
