Well congrats to you and hope you reach your goal whatever it may be.

Piece of advice, don't mind the slow down, it will happen, first few pounds are easy as most studies show it may actually be a portion of water weight being shed first but keep at it, you will do great. 80% is lost in the kitchen, 20% in the gym. You got the major problem to weight loss working in your favor at this point.
