I have not read entire thread, but I was inclined to quickly jump in on giving you some advice. I 100% would have a very reputable, very thorough, boat survey from top, bottom, inside, out and a separate engine survey done before the sun rose tomorrow. It would be extremely important to me to have that survey in hand before the adjuster showed up. I would go over every detail with the adjuster and have him or her put their finger and eyes on every single part of the boat based upon what was stated in the survey.
