Not the same amount. The Susquehanna dumps as much into the bay as all the other MD rivers combined. MD reaps the consequences of all the crap PA dumps into that river. Take a look at a rain event like the one we had last week, water wasn't nearly as bad immediately following the rain. It wasn't until the susqy flow got down that things really got jacked up
