Got some work done despite the weather in my area. Friday was a good day. Got the layer of mat down on the entire floor. Got the casting deck extension dry fit and installed. Still need to glass it though. Got the transom cap installed and tabbed in. Still need to do some work to it though. I got the console prepped and ready for glassing. Basically stripped everything and filled all the holes, replaced the rotten wood shelf with hex core and got it glassed in. I didn't take pics of the console as the rain chased me into the shed and the lighting isn't great in there. I'll get pics of console next time. I', definitely going to screw and glue the console in, but am debating whether to glass it in from the inside as well. Below are some pics of the progress.

Last layer of glass. Mat. Not sure why I did it, but I feel better about it being done.

Transom cap.

Casting deck extension.
