Have a duct guy make you a wind block to place up around the burner. It will help a lot. I used to do a lot of Dutch Oven cooking and this always helped me a lot on cold windy days. I took some 1/16 galvanized sheet and made brakes to allow it to sit around the pot. Open on one side, but you can make it 4 sided. Just move it when not in use and if you want to be real fancy put piano hinges on it so it can fold up for storage.
