If it has "big tires" on it, I would want to know if the gears were changed. Usually they are not and its really easy to tell. It will be a dog and get really poor fuel economy, maybe 12 mpg. Also, start it and listen for a ticking noise. It will sound like a valve but will likely be a leaking exhaust manifold that will need to be replaced.
