May have to go to an auto parts/marine store to find a piece of hose coupler may not be standard DWV

or grind it down and use some epoxy/mesh

(Note the above are suggestions for an inexpensive DIY fix I would be cutting that back to good material and soldering
in new stuff)

OH BTW KILL THOSE SPORES !!! Before they dry and float all through your house !!!
