In many situations having the OP 50 being able to mount it in a more ergonomically comfortable position will allow you to not have to lean forward to touch the screen or operate the buttons. The Op-50 can be placed right down next to the throttles between the helm and binnacle, from a three-point stance leaning on the leaning post hand on the steering wheel, hand on the throttles you can operate the go 12 or other Associated equipment. Rather than having to stand up and then reach forward across the dash to touch the screen or operate the buttons.

An evo2 in 4 years will be looked at as an eight-year-old piece of equipment. The Go 12 in 4 years will be a 4 year old piece of equipment. It all comes down to resale and what will help you possibly sell your gear or boat in the future.
