Default spindle size

How does one determine the size of the spindle on torsion axles?

With the weight capacity and size of the brakes, we should be able to determine the size. Are you looking for a replacement spindle? If so does your spindle attach to the torsion arm with a big castle nut and cotter pin?

I have an EZ loader tandem trailer (TEZB 19-22/24' 4700#) that came with Reliable oil bath hubs and disc brakes. I replaced the discs with Kodiac stainless and their oil bath hubs. One of the Kodiacs is leaking and I wanted to replace the seals. Kodiac sells a kit, and perhaps you do also, for 2 size spindles - 1.72 vs 2.25. If I have one of those sized spindles I was interested in buying the kit. Appreciate your suggestions. Thank you.

I would check your seal size, most EZ Loaders in that size use a 1.68" ID seal, click on the link below to view.
