240LTS, I'm not aware that a HD has a free-wheeling drive wheel. How does that work if the belt is turning the engine over...or does the neutral gear dis-engage the belt drive?

I think you need to park a ATV on the front hood, and bungie it to the windshield wipers, so all the weight isn't in the back of the sedan :-).

Yes, neutral disengages the "engine" from turning over.
Obviously the pulleys rotate.
