Default Magic Tilt trailer customer service is good
Just a quick note about Magic Tilt trailers' customer service. I contacted the SALES department online with a technical (bearing size) question, and the regional sales rep replied within 24 hours with the answer. Thought that was worthy of a "post of thanks" on THT, where lots of folks like me come for answers.

Nicely done Magic Tilt.

I had a magictilt built for my boat to my specs. 11K miles so far and original brake pads and tires look like new. Nice piece. Tows great.
