Default ultimate tailgating trailer/ ENCLOSED trailer recommendation?

Hi all,
Upon seeing a fellow Buc's fan's (admitting this on a public forum not easy right now) ultimate football tailgating trailer my wife gave me one for our anniversary. I get to pick it out and outfit it how I want.
I have been researching enclosed trailers and found out I don't know squat compared to boat trailers.
can anyone give me some guidance on brands to look at or avoid?
My use will require the addition of a concession style flip up door to mount an lcd tv in to the side. It will be 14-16 ft, dual axle type. I need to figure out if I can add a window to an existing trailer without too much hassle. My brother is a high end carpenter and will be doing the build out.
I have looked at craigslist for the most part at used trailers with aluminum frames vs. steel. Would you recommend aluminum too?
The biggest thing is it CAN'T leak!!!!
GREATLY appreciate your feedback guys.

Go Bucs! Im here in Tampa, rough year, but Im not a fair weather fan. Was born and raised here. Haulmarks are good brands, you definitely want dual axle, and I would suggest a ramped rear door if you are going to be unloading and loading. If the actual tailgating will be inside, barn doors will work I guess. But for that, just buy a camper trailer. Not sure you would need a concession style window though just for a tv. Buy a wall mount, mount it to the outside and the tv could be installed and removed when need be. Lots of options.

Another Buc fan (cough, cough) here. I will be glad to help with graphics and decals for the van if you are going to letter it up.

Here is a van I did for a buddy that is a UCF footbal fan. Complete with outside keg tap, giant goal posts and a giant football for kicking field goals, new this year is the 42'' big screen that hangs on the side. Floor carpet is green outdoor carpet with yardage lines and an endzone graphic.

This van was undrivable before we got ahold of it. It is now a staple at home and many away games and of course the many parades held in the Orlando area throughout the year.

Check www.knightforceone.com for before and after pics.

you can pick up a dual axle enclosed trailer on ebay for pretty cheap. they have ones with windows and concessions already installed. i would go with barn doors in the rear cause its only 12" from the ground and sometimes space can be tight to drop the door down or the ground uneven and the door will start to warp. i would start with that and just do the inside yourself.

Thanks for the feedback guys and nice ride UCF fan. I pulled up your site and see you put a LOT of love in to that project. The goal posts are a great item to add to my wish list! Will keep you guys updated as the project comes together... There are several 1-3 yr old trailers I am going to look at shortly.
