I would really be interested in what a trailer would look like 4 to 5 years after having it done. I could see a new trailer doing alot better then a used trailer.

if your having that much of a problem with the wheels, i would suggest seeing what they are really made of. Aluminum wheels constently pitting??? i don't think so. get some nice aluminum wheels and coat them with shark skin and they will not tarnish or dull. aluminum does not pit it just oxidizes. in order to pit it would have to spend its life in a salt environment.
