Default Duramax 2500HD - YF Hauler

The new Yellowfin puller. I sold my Dodge to DoneDeal here on the forum and replaced it with this. Another one of my projects that will be for sale soon enough.....

From last week:

I ordered a 2009 in April but with the plant shutdown I just got the truck a few weeks ago. The truck is as loaded as I could get it. Duramax, imperial blue, black leather, LTZ, etc, etc...... the list was $59k.

I also bought a Cognito 7-9 lift with UCA's, Fox doubles in front single rears, limiter straps, HD tie rods, idler pivot, dual shock hoop kit, Fox 2.0 with clamp kit.

The wheels are XD Monsters in 20 inch with Nitto Dune Grapplers in 35x12.50.

I swung by the shop today just to check and they had already started the work. My local chevy dealer is all about the lift and has been unreal to work with. I will keep the pics coming as this progresses.

That looks real nice. Damn, that's a beast! Now you need to go by a Line-ex and get those door handles chromed to match the wheels.

Brett ,the Yellow Fin of pick up truck?

Brett I never thought I mention this here ,but if I had your boats ,I will build me a Kenworth T300 to a pick up stile with a ISB 8.3 Cummins soupt up to 500 hp around 1600 lbs/ft , air ride cab and suspension , will make a nice heavy duty pick up .

Any ways nice Chevy, as good as the Dodge.

Very nice you are going to love the duramax. You should consider getting airbags for the back so it sits nice and level when towing the next boat. I am going to have them put on my 2500 this week.

Awsome looking truck, but does not seem like the suspension and tires would be ideal for towing a 36' boat.

Did you also change the gears in the differentials?

Really don't need to, I ran 35's on my last duramax and have 33's on my 08 now and still plenty of power.

Good looking truck. Are you going with a DPF Delete, or leaving that alone?

Judging by what I've seen on this site, Brett doesn't have a problem with buying gas for his toys in addtion to buying toys.

Hey Brett, I have an 08 2500 w/ Duramax I use to pull my 32 Regulator... I love both, The only thing I did is put a leveling kit on the front and a set of EGR fender flares...You are going big bucks extreme.. god bless you, my questions are, does the BIG lift kit have any possible repercussions on the drive train warranty ??
Can any of the high performance after market toys have warranty claim issues ?? If financially you don't care the I understand, I used to have along time ago a 10" lift on a K5 Blazer, I went through u-joints monthly, I am leaving my truck as is... good luck with yours. jw
