Default Trailer Bunk Set up

I just picked up a new (different trailer) for my 220 lts. When I put it on the bunks it was clear given the way it sat to the front center roller that the front bunks where in the wrong position. Any body got any tips or tricks on setting them up?.
I was going to pull the boat hard against the front roll ,bring them up into contact for a start, but they might want to be a little higher- any thoughts ??

Yes; Unhook the bow from the winch stand and support the bow end of the boat with blocks or something on the ground. Using your trailer jack, lower the trailer a little until the bow seperates from the trailer a 1/2" or so and bring the bunks up...
