Well, it could be an alignment issue. (Toe), it could be a worn out ball joint(s), It could be a combo of all this, with a bad shock (thus the cupping) first thing, take it to a reputable alignment shop. Have them inspect the front end for wear, and due an alignment. Then, put the rears on the fron, buy 1 new and put it on the back with the right front on the right rear. You dont mention the mileage. Its definitely a front end alignment/parts issue. (Barring collision/frame damage)
