Default Problem with trailer

I just purchased a Robalo R265WA From the East Coast. I love the boat, But it did not come with a trailer. My broker helped me purchase a trailer that she said would work fine. It is a magic tilt TAS-85? roller trailer. When the boat arrived here in Illinois, My shipper told me he didnt think the boat was correct on the trailer as it was a very bouncy ride for him. They marina modified the bow assembly by adding a new bow stop back further from the original. But it looks to me that even with this modofocation that there is still too much weight on the front axle as the front axle sits much lower than the rear. Which seems opposite of what i expected with the boat sitting back much further.

I have not had the oppurtunity weigh both the boat on trailer and tongue. This I will do when I take it out for the year.

Any suggestions or things to look for would be greatly appreciated.

It will help greatly if you can post a picture of the boat on the trailer.

Could be weight distribution on the the trailer. Could be the vehicle hitch isn't set at the right height. Could be you have torsion bar axles and that's the way they're supposed to feel. Could be there's no problem.

Weigh it, otherwise everyone is just guessing. If your marina modified the bow stop position without weighing the rig first, they were just guessing too.

If TAS-85 means an 8500 lb capacity trailer your trailer is too small.
